Tender Texas pulled pork with creamy au gratin potatoes, mixed with sweet corn, red and green peppers, and onions. This quick and hearty meal is bursting with flavor and textures.
INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Au gratin potatoes

1/4 Tray of Texas Pulled Pork

1 Cup Corn kernels

1 Cup Red pepper

1 Cup Green pepper

1 oz Sweet onion

DIRECTIONS
STEP 1

Prepare potatoes and boil unit soft. Add Sour cream, milk, garlic and parsley.

STEP 2

Dice, red and green peppers, and onions. Drain Corn and mix together.

STEP 3

Remove plastic from thawed Texas Pulled Pork In a skillet add 1/4 of container of protein, add a portion of the Pork Marinade and heat for 2 minutes. Plate and serve!
