In just 15 minutes, I crafted the ultimate breakfast sandwich with Just Meats Chimichurri Steak. I started by cooking the egg and bacon to perfection, then heated the flavorful steak. I buttered a warm croissant, added creamy avocado slices, and layered on the steak, egg, and bacon. With each bite, the rich flavors of the steak and the crispiness of the bacon combined beautifully with the buttery croissant and smooth avocado. An indulgent treat I truly savored!
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Cook the egg, and bacon as desired. Heat the Chimichurri Steak with marinade for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 2
Cut the croissant in half and butter both sides. Add the sliced avocado on one side, then top with the Chimichurri Steak, egg and bacon.
STEP 3
Add the top of the croissant, cut in half and enjoy!
